Ashleigh Jeffcoat started playing bowls in 2012. Roll on six years she has numerous centre titles, national age group and national open competition gold medals, topped off with a Youth Commonwealth Games gold medal in the women’s singles event in 2015. This year she was a member of the winning triples team at the Royal Oak Easter Triples (Royal Oak, you may have heard of them, the home of the Rockets?).
